CDD - Pay Fees
Step by Step Instructions
Note: If you have multiple permit fees due for your project, you must repeat step 5 and 6 for each fee.
1. Login to your ePermitting account if you have one, this step is not required since you can pay for permits without an account. https://aca-oregon.accela.com/oregon/Default.aspx.
2. Using the Search tool at the top of the screen, search for your permit by Building Permits, Onsite/Septic Permits, or Planning Permits. Individual payments for each category and permit are required through Oregon ePermitting.
Building Permits include: Driveway access, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, plumbing and New dwelling permits.
Onsite/Septic will include: Site evaluation, New Onsite/Septic installation, and Authorization notice permits.
Planning Permits include: Conditional Use, Temporary Use, Zone Changes and more.
3. In the General Search field, enter the address using only the Street Numbers and first three letters of the Street Name.
Example (below): 12345 NW Greenwood would be input as 12345 in the ‘From’ box for Street Number and Gre would be input in the Street Name box. Leave all other boxes blank
4. Click search and locate your permit number(s).
5. Under the action section of the results, you will see a blue hyperlink that says ‘Pay Fees Due’. Click the link and then click continue application.
6. Follow the prompts to process your payment.
7. If you have multiple permit fees due for your project, you must repeat step 5 and 6 for each fee.
