Proposal Summary

The applicant requests three Conditional Use Permits which include:

  • Conditional Use Permit (247-24-00184-CU): A Concrete Batch and Delivery Service.
  • Conditional Use Permit (247-24-000586-CU): Three (3) Contractor’s Yards under DCC 18.100.020(Q)
  • Conditional Use Permit (247-24-000587-CU): Two (2) Contractor’s Yards under DCC 18.100.010(E)

Staff is reviewing the subject application and receiving comments from agencies and the public.

A public hearing is scheduled for November 20, 2025. A Notice of Public Hearing will be sent in advance of the hearing to parties of interest and surrounding properties in accordance with Deschutes County’s procedures ordinance.
