Partner with Us to Serve the Community
Deschutes County is committed to building strong partnerships with businesses and service providers that support our mission to serve residents and enhance community well-being. We regularly seek qualified vendors and contractors to provide a wide range of goods and services across multiple departments.
What We Purchase
Deschutes County procures a variety of services and materials to support public projects, infrastructure, and internal operations. These opportunities may include:
- Construction (roads, buildings, infrastructure)
- Maintenance and Repair (facilities, equipment, public assets)
- Engineering and Design Services
- Consulting (management, strategic planning, technology)
- Training and Education
- Planning Services (environmental, transportation, etc.)
We value quality, cost-effectiveness, and working with vendors who share our commitment to integrity, accountability, and service.
How to Get Started
Note: We're Piloting a New E-Procurement System
Deschutes County is currently transitioning to a new digital procurement platform. While our existing Contracts and Procurement Portal remains active, we are also piloting a new E-Procurement site, where a limited number of solicitations are now being posted.
In both platforms, you can:
- View open bids and Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Register as a vendor
- Access key deadlines and submission requirements
New Feature: On the E-Procurement site, you can now submit your bid or proposal online, offering a more streamlined and convenient process.
We encourage vendors to explore both platforms to ensure they don't miss any opportunities during this pilot phase.
