247-25-000306-CU, 307-LM, 308-V - Dock and River Setback Variance
Proposal Summary

Proposal Status
A decision has not been issued on this application yet. A public hearing before a Hearings Officer was held on December 4th and the written record was left open after the hearing. On December 31, 2025, the applicant submitted a Modification of Application (file no. 247-25-000767-MA). Because this Modification involves new criteria that applies to the application, the Hearings Officer determined that the record should be reopened and a new hearing date set. A hearing will be held on February 5, 2026, at 1:00 pm. Anyone is able to participate or send in comments in advance of the new hearing date. If you have already submitted comments they will continue to be part of the record that the Hearings Officer considers and you are not required to resubmit them.
