Babies First! Program:
- OHA program for pregnant women and families with babies and young children up to 5 years old
- Provides comprehensive maternal and infant/child assessments which include developmental and physical screenings, education, coaching, breastfeeding support, and resource navigation from a nurse
- No cost with OHP coverage for social and/or medically high-risk population

CaCoon Program:
- OHA program that partners with OHSU for families with children that have special needs
- Nurses work with families to coordinate provider visits, obtain screenings, and identify problems to ensure the child has the resources they need
- Children and their caregivers who have OHP or Private Insurance at no cost
- Program is for children and young adults, ages birth to 21

Family Connects Program:
- Universal program with no cost to families with newborns up to 12 weeks old
- Nurse provide maternal/newborn assessments, lactation consultation, postpartum screenings, newborn education, and connection to community resources
- Evidence-based program that helps all families, regardless of income

Perinatal Care Coordination (PCC)
Access and enrollment into available programs and resources for pregnant and postpartum individuals.

The Perinatal Mental Health Team at DCBH provides specialty mental healthcare to moms and their partners during the time before and after babies are born. Our team includes Certified Perinatal Mental Health Therapists, case managers, and peers with training and experience to support the unique needs of moms and their partners.
