Proposal Status

The Hearing’s Officer issued a recommendation of approval on July 12, 2022 for the applications. A Public Hearing was held before the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) on September 7, 2022. The Board deliberated and voted to approve the request on September 28, 2022. First reading of Ordinance 2022-011 was held on November 21, 2022, and second reading was held on December 14, 2022. The BOCC voted to adopt Ordinance 2022-011 on December 14, 2022 and the approved decision became final when mailed on December 21, 2022. The decision was appealed to the Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA) on January 10, 2023.
